Terms of Service – Sunny’s Window Works
Welcome to Sunny’s Window Works! By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them short, clear, and fair so we’re all on the same page.

1. Use of Services
We provide professional window cleaning services in San Antonio, Texas. When booking, please give accurate details about your property so we can bring the right crew and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe (loose ladders, aggressive pets, bad weather) or if the property is inaccessible.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due when the job is completed unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers (Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur a late fee of $25 or 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, whichever is greater.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price. We may reschedule services without penalty if weather or site conditions make the work unsafe.

4. Liability & Property Conditions
We use trained pros and industry-standard equipment to deliver great results. However, we can’t be responsible for: pre-existing damage, defects, or fragile conditions on your property (e.g., cracked glass, rotted frames, loose panes); damage that occurs because of undisclosed fragile, valuable, or unusual surfaces; indirect or consequential damages (loss of business, time, etc.). Please let us know in advance if there are special care instructions for your property.

5. Satisfaction & Disputes
If you’re not happy with the service, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll work with you to make it right — usually through a re-clean of the affected area.

6. Privacy & Communication
We respect your privacy. We only collect and store information needed to provide and track your service. We don’t sell or share your personal information. By booking with us, you agree that we may contact you via phone, text, or email regarding your service and occasional offers.
